Job Description

Designation– Design (Mechanical)

Experience – 3 to 6 yrs.

Must have min. 2 years of crane industry experience.
Design of eot cranes and crane components like hoist, endtrucks etc
Should be able to perform structural design calculations, selection of gearbox, motors, bearings wire ropes etc.
Familiar with the rules and regulations of the crane industry like is:3177, is:807 etc
Validation documentation and activities
Must have hands-on experience on 3d cad software solid edge.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components and machining processes.
Working experience on pdm/plm software like team center would be added advantage.
Innovative & self learner.
Good communication skill.

To work on post-order drawings in Solidedge in line with company procedure, regulations
and customer requirements.
Assistance in upgrading existing products for automation and better reliability of operations.
Planning and executing mechanical designs using Solidedge program software.
Innovative and incorporate new ways for efficient and quick offering methods.
Provide technical assistance as 3rd level support when required
Documenting the offer design process, iterations.
