Job Description

Designation– Manager Production Planning and Control

Experience – 9 to 15 years.

Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess.
Should have experience of managing export & import shipments.
Assess production capacity and plan accordingly to meet current and future production demands.
Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulations; work with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Monitor and manage production costs, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth production operations.
Prepare and present detailed reports on production performance, including metrics such as output, efficiency, and downtime.
Lead, mentor, and develop the production planning and control team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Quickly address and resolve production issues to minimize disruptions and maintain delivery schedules.
