Experience – 3 to 6 yrs.
Qualifications
- BE in Mechanical Engineering
Requirement
- Must have min. 2 years of crane industry experience.
- Design of eot cranes and crane components like hoist, endtrucks etc
- Should be able to perform structural design calculations, selection of gearbox, motors, bearings wire ropes etc.
- Familiar with the rules and regulations of the crane industry like is:3177, is:807 etc
- Validation documentation and activities
- Must have hands-on experience on 3d cad software solid edge.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and machining processes.
- Working experience on pdm/plm software like team center would be added advantage.
- Innovative & self learner.
- Good communication skill.
Key Responsibilites
- To work on post-order drawings in Solidedge in line with company procedure, regulations
- and customer requirements.
- Assistance in upgrading existing products for automation and better reliability of operations.
- Planning and executing mechanical designs using Solidedge program software.
- Innovative and incorporate new ways for efficient and quick offering methods.
- Provide technical assistance as 3rd level support when required
- Documenting the offer design process, iterations.
