Job Description

Designation – Electrical Design Engineer.

Education – BE electrical engineering

Experience – 4 to 5 years experience in Design department.

CTC – 5 to 5.5 LPA

Proficiency in electrical design software such as Eplan Electrical,
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards.
Experience in designing electrical systems for various applications, such as power distribution, control panels, and PCBs.
Familiarity with circuit analysis and simulation tools.
Familiarity with Excel and its programming tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting electrical issues.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of different components, devices, and technologies used in electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively.

Lead and manage design teams in the development and implementation of electrical systems.
Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations like IS, CE, UL, CSA etc…
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to integrate electrical systems into overall product design.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design issues.
Perform calculations and simulations to optimize the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
Select appropriate components, devices, and materials for electrical designs.
Generate bill of materials (BOM) and provide guidance for procurement.
Support testing and troubleshooting activities during product development and manufacturing stages.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in electrical design technology.
