- Designation: Jr. Engineer

- Qualification: DME / BE
- Experience: 5 to 7 years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in Assembly shop
- Must have experience in Production, Planning & Controlling (PPC), Crane industry preferable
- Must have good knowledge to work with SAP or ERP
- Good knowledge in reading of heavy fabrication & machining drawings and assembly drawings.
- Export quality job assembly experience must.
- Precision Machining Components, Electrical motors, Gearbox, Bearing, Fastners, assembly Experience must
- Assembly & trial testing with Electrical team
- Responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating related departments for assembly shop.
- Painting, surface coating experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge in reading of assembly drawings.
- Good knowledge about machining tolerance.
- Responsible for implementing 5S
- Manpower handling at least team size of 20 – 30
- Must have good communication skill, soft skills and leadership
- knowledge about material grade and tooling’s
- Hand on experience for Lean & 5S system on shop floor
