Job Description

Designation – FEA Engineer(Finite Element Analysis)

Department – Mechanical Engineering

Education – BE Mechanical

Experience – 5 to 12 years.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience performing FEA simulations using software such as ANSYS, Abaqus or Nastran, Dlubal.
Experience in the design and analysis of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) cranes is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience from structural inductry would be preferred

Develop finite element models and perform FEA simulations.
Analyze and interpret FEA results to support product design decisions.
Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure that product designs are optimized for performance, weight, cost, and manufacturability.
Develop and execute test plans to validate FEA models and simulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all FEA analysis performed and results obtained.
