Designation – Senior Engineer

Department – PPC

Location: Pune

Qualification- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience – 5 to 8 years.

Required Skills

 The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing production schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations within the production planning and control department. This role involves close collaboration with various departments including procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery of products.

Experience

Responsible for planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring all electrical planning activities to ensure timely completion of job orders as per project deadlines. The role involves close coordination with project, design, purchase, and production teams, tracking material availability, and maintaining accurate planning and scheduling data within the system.

Job Profile

  • Create and release Electrical Job Orders (JO) to production and continuously monitor progress until completion.
  • Review, revise, and maintain Min–Max stock levels based on business fluctuations to ensure material availability and inventory control.
  • Arrange material as per schedule date and ensure regular follow-up with purchase departments to meet delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Design and Purchase teams on critical and long lead-time electrical parts, and identify alternate parts to avoid production shortages.
  • Raise PR for A-class electrical items and follow up with purchase teams to ensure timely availability for smooth production execution.
  • Review BOMs and plan material requirements for upcoming job orders.
  • Coordinate with purchase and stores for material follow-up and shortage tracking.
  • Support rescheduling or plan revision based on material/design constraints.
  • Participate in daily/weekly review meetings and present planning status.
  •   Ensure all planning data (Due date, target dates, etc.) is accurate in ERP/system.
  • Check root cause analysis for recurring material shortages or Job delays.
