Job Profile

  1. Prepare WPS, PQR as per AWS/ASME / EN standard
  2. Welder Qualification As per AWS /ASME & EN standard
  3. Daily monitoring in process Welding activity for weld Quality
  4. Practical shop floor experience for Weld process & Performance Qualification &
  5. Practically shop floor experience Weld defect elimination by working on welder & process

 

6. Regular Welder awareness Training

7. Periodic Welder Test piece qualification

8. Root Cause analysis of the welding issue

9. Maintain Export Quality standard on manufactured part as per AWS/ASME & EN standard

10. Handling foreign customer related to welding activity

11. Experience in inspection of heavy Fabrication & Machining

12. Good in-depth knowledge of fabrication / machining Drawing Reading

13. Control & monitoring on the quality of every Stage Inspection As per QAP

14. Customer Complaint handling & CAPA

15. Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka-yoke implementation

16. Certification =NDT LEVEL -II certification in VT, RT, UT, PT, MPT must

17.Conducting and monitoring daily in-process NDT activity like PT, MPT & UT.

18. Preparation and maintaining of all in-process welding, fabrication & NDT inspection reports.
