Designation – Deputy Manager

Department – Electrical Design

Location – Pune

Qualification – BE Electrical Engineering

Experience – 8-10 years

Proficiency in electrical design software such as Eplan Electrical.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Electro technical Commission (IEC) standards.
Experience in designing electrical systems for various applications, Crane electrical control panels, Specific duty crane, including power distribution, PLC control panels.
Familiarity with circuit analysis and simulation tools.
Proficiency with Excel and its programming tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting electrical issues.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of various components, devices, and technologies used in electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming for various types of PLCs.
Proficiency in Eplan Electric and AutoCAD Mechanical.
Relevant experience in an electrical design department within the crane industry.

Lead and manage design teams in the development and implementation of electrical systems.
Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations such as IS, CE, UL, CSA, etc.
Collaborate with engineers and other departments to integrate electrical systems into overall product design.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design issues.
Perform calculations and simulations to optimize the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
Select appropriate components, devices, and materials for electrical designs.
Generate bills of materials (BOM) and provide guidance for procurement.
Support testing and troubleshooting activities during product development and manufacturing stages.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in electrical design technology.
Create and handle the costing and electrical BOM tools.
