Job Description
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources and stakeholders effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in EOT crane Industry
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Experience managing remote teams or distributed projects.
- Advanced knowledge of project management software.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and secure necessary resources to complete the project.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure project milestones are met.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Mechanical Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
